This is absurd. This should be taken very seriously because it is against the law to reject a paper on the basis of the nationality of the author. Which journal was that?

I tend to reserve my right of bringing your action into the attention of an independent court because I evaluate it a clear and vivid sample of modern racism.
Only a government whose educated high ranked scientists are practising racism may refrain to accept the rights of other nations.
